One caution that I have is that I tried for years to raise my testosterone through lifestyle changes, . diet, sleep, supplements, etc., and nothing budged my testosterone. And I see this quite often on The Peak Testosterone Forum : some men seem to have actual damage to some part of their HPT (hypothalamus, pituitary and testes) axis. In those cases, going natural just does not work for reasons that we do no understand yet. Of course, it does not hurt to try, and I especially encourage the younger men to do that.
When buying fish oil, make sure that you're not actually buying cod liver oil - they are quite different, as cod liver oil does not increase testosterone. ZMA, while being great for those looking to increase testosterone, will also make you very tired. Take it before bed and sleep like a baby! Some people find it difficult to add olive oil in their diet, when it's actually quite easy. Simply use it as a salad dressing, perhaps with balsamic vinegar, or use it to fry your eggs in. Be sure you're getting enough sleep. Six hours a night, seven nights a week is NOT sufficient to optimize testosterone levels.
